I recently went in to upgrade my current contract and MTN Southdowns is once again an amazing supplier. They are always willing to assist with any issue, even going the extra mile to make sure that I am completely happy with the products and services that they offer. The entire upgrade process was simple, hassle free apart from a minor issue of the phone being an OBF. The staff ensured that I was constantly kept up to date on the progress of my order, made the paperwork simple and easy to complete, explained every aspect of my new agreement and even went out of their way to ensure that the OBF was resolved timeously and that I was not left stranded with an unuseable device.
