On Friday 11 January I applied for porting of my number to 8ta
On Tuesday 15 January MTN released the number
On Wednesday I phoned 8ta customers services who said that the porting will be completed by 22H00.
On Thursday I had to phone again as nothing has happened.
On Friday I had to phone again as nothing has happened.
On Friday 19 January I phoned again, and twice they promised me that they will come back to me about the situation.
On Thursday 24 January I went in to the Telkom store where I applied in the first place. They said that the porting department reported that it has been done. WHICH IS NOT TRUE. They applied again. On Friday 25 January the store where I signed for the contract phoned with the explanation that their employer that set up the contract, made a mistake and they started the porting all over.
Today, 29 January, still nothing has happened!
