On 7 June 2013 I went into the Kempton Park Auto Page Cellular to upgrade my contract and then decided to port my number from Vodacom to Cell C. I was told that the porting would take 24 hours. It is now 11 June 2013, 24 hours have passed and still the porting has not been completed. The Kempton Park branch advised me that the request to port my number was sent to Head Office. Head Office has advised me they have no port request. Head Office is blaming the Kempton Park Branch when in fact Head Office does not seem to be doing their job as the Kempton Park Branch requested the port and its shows as "pending" on their system. The service from Head Office has been shocking.
