BAD SERVICE - 2nd Time

Did a sim swap on Friday, 25/01/13. It is now Monday 28/01/13, and still not activated. Phoned the consultant on Saturday, Sunday. Phoned again today. No answer on cell phone or on the land line. Phoned customer service 16 times, get told I am the wrong department (what option are you suppose to choose if there is non available that is applicable to sim swap) and then get put through to the roght dept. (which I still dont know aht it is) and get cut off. I am totally discusted in MTN service as I had major problems with them in August as well!!!
Can't wait to finish this contract and move over to Vodacom. Did also a sim swap on Friday, 25/01/13, 1 hour later it was done!!!
NEVER AGAIN WITH MTN!
