I BOUGHT A LAPTOP FROM MTN OUT OF THEIR CURRENT CATALOGUE.
THE DEAL WAS FOR A INTEL I5-2410 2.3GIG PROCESSOR LAPTOP... BUT AFTER I GOT HOME MY IT GUY DISCOVERED IT WAS A INTEL CELERON 1.6GIG PIECE OF RUBBISH.
I WENT BACK TO MTN CANALWALK AND WAS TOLD A LAPTOP WITH SUCH SPECS DOES NOT EXIST...(THEY PROBABLY DIDNT THINK THAT I KNEW HOW TO DO A GOOGLE SEARCH)
THEY ARE NOW REFUSING TO GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR EVEN SAYING THAT I CAN GO TO COURT IF I WANT.
THE BRANCH MANAGER AT THE MTN SP BUILDING IN CANALWALK WAS VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT AND TRIED TO BRUSH ME OFF.
THEY EVEN THREATENED ME SAYING IF I DONT HONOUR THE CONTRACT WITH THE INCORRECT LAPTOP SUPPLIED THEY WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ME.
MTN`S SERVICE HAS REALLY GONE TO THE DOGS... THEY ARE LOSING CLIENTS THROUGH SLOPPY SERVICE... INCOMPETENT STAFF AND JUST A GENERAL FAILURE TO DELIVER GOOD SERVICE.
