I've had nothing but mediocre service from the Kenilworth branch, with the purchase of my new laptop.
1. Called Jerome on Tues the 5th March 2013 and he promised to keep a Lenovo laptop priced at R4999 for me for the next day. I called the next morning to advise that I'm on my way, just to be told that the laptop has been sold - shocking service. Didnt have the decency to call me to advise.
2. I when bought a Samsung Intel i5 laptop from Jerome, without Windows 8, but a more storage space for R3999. When i arrived at home there was a line on screen - dead pixel
3. I called the Samsung Tech Support on the 13th and 15th March 2013 and they advised that I can return the laptop for a straight swop or an upgrade model - Ref number 7111967196
3. When i returned the item to the store Jevon and Mr Rhode advised that there's no stock and the laptop cant be replaced it has to go away for assessment. I returned the item within 7 days. I dont want a refund, i want a replacement with the same specs for my laptop.
