Terrible service!!!

Where do I start... I decided to get a laptop contract but was still deciding from where. I told my colleague and she also wanted it and she decided to take one from altech Westwood Durban. When the consultant came o see her he told he about a new laptop that would be included due to no stock being available and it would be a dual core processor instead of Intel Celeron. Hearing this I decided to take up the same contract. I paid In the difference asked this was on Thurs 30/01/2014. He then said that the sim for both modem and cell will be working on sat 01022014. I thought that was a bit long but i said nvm. When i got home i opened everything up only to realise that the pc was still a Intel Celeron and not the dual core. Which is y i took the contract in the first place. I went to complain n the guy wasn't there. He also neglected to inform me that it didn't come with office.the woman who helped me didn't apologise was unfriendly n said I should bring it back n cancel it. I left it. Only to now try and use the modem n realise that its not working.i call the call centre n they tell me it will take 24hrs as it wasn't registerd. What service! There isn't enough be here!
