I opened a Telkom telephone rental in October 2012 the special that comes with a Modem Router, 5GB DATA pm plus a free 8ta dondle 500mb once-off data for R399pm. I have been paying my monthly instalments but on the 28/01/13y my line was suspended. The following day I went to Telkom Midrand to found out what was the problem. I was told I didn't pay for the month of December, when I show them my documents I was told I had two Telkom account which was Data and Telephone rental and for December I only paid for data, which was something I did not understand because I only open one account with Telkom. I paid that amount and ask them to terminate my account, on the 12/02/13 I receive a bill statements that I owe R881.62 which is something that really confusing me. The lady from the accounts Call-centre name Blantina said she wont be able to reverse the amount because I didn't pay for the month of December. My argument here is who's going to pay for this account I didn't open and as it is advertised on the Telkom brochure it was ONE TELEPHONE DATA DEAL for R399pm excluding calls made. Telkom Midrand Stuff/manage their USELESS, those people needs training.
