I wish I stayed with Vodacom, MTN has no service

I changed from Vodacom to MTN, under the impression MTN is better as my friend Mike
raves about you. (because he has around 5 phones with you obviously better treatmen)

I want this contract cancelled and I am willing to pay the difference to actually move back to vodacom...

While Tshepo Molefe tries very well to help me via email (you cant call the shop because the phone is
at the back - terrible excuse)

I cant insure my phone as the number DOES NOT recognize my number as a MTN number.???

808 recognizes my number is a Telkom number???

My data on my phone uses up my AIRTIME... If the data runs out is should simply stop working and NOT EFFECT my talk time balance??? Thats why I have data and talk time??? one for the one, the other for the other..

Nothing has been going as promised by MTN . My MTN LITE uncapped seems to run... sometimes??

between 6pm and 9pm i have little or no speed.. for the past week or more. A fault was escalated. I have3 heard nothing and I cannot call because 808 and other numbers says the phone number is NOT valid..

I want to know how to cancel and I wish to bring this up with the customer consumer act.
