RIDICULOUS SECURITY QUESTIONS

My cell phone has been last week. Like normal one would phone your cell phone provider to blacklist the cell phone. But now days they ask ridiclous security questions like.
1) WHat was your airtime balance on the phone?
23) how did you buy the Data?
4) have you ever converted airtime to data?
NOW I CANT BLACK LIST MY PHONE!!!
I NEED TO NOW TAKE time off work - LOSS OF INCOME - GO TO A VODASHOP WHERE THEY ARE JUST AS USELESS- STAND IN Q for 30 min - AND THEN DEAL WITH AN EDIOT WHO DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THEN CAlls customer care anyway...

WHAT THE?

Must a person now keep all the airtime slips and data slips now days too?
MUST WE NOW REMEBER WHEN AND HOW WE BUY DATA AND AIRTIME.
VODACOM CALL CENTRE SAYS WE DO NOT USE RICA INFORMATION.
IF I DAIL *111# I can get all the account info anyway.

VODACOM SHOULD THINK ABOUT ASKING THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS:
WHAT IS YOUR ID NUMBER?
WHAT IS YOUR PHYSICAL ADDRESS?
WHAT IS YOUR WORK PHONE NUMBER?
THOSE ARE SECURITY QUESTIONS!!!
VODACOM CAN CANCEL MY #$%^& CONTRACT!!!
YOUR CUSTOMER CARE IS A CUSTOMERS WORST NIGHTMARE!!
I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND VODACOM TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN!
