VODOCOM HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER CARE IN THE COUNTRY

I received a call from Durban early in JAN offering me an upgrade. 15 Jan the phones were delivered. I noticed it was not that was promised and my daughter did not want a new phone either. There was no address OR phone number from whom it came, so I called Vodacom on the 16 of Jan and said that I want to cancel the upgrade. They promised to come and fetch the phones in the " next 2 or 3 days" Nothing happened. Since then I called them 4 times, every time the same promise and every time nothing happened. Sell C as well as MTN offered better deals in the mean time and we wanted to migrate to them. Vodacom refuse to let go of these to numbers. My daughter have moved over to MTN with a new number and have not used her phone since the end of JUNE. I will not pay any further money on that number. I took the phones back to VODACARE on 16 July and requested cancellation of the contract and total cancellation of the number 082 5616 343.. A person from Vodacom called me the next day and said that it was done and that they changed the number 082 561 6343 to prepaid only from end JUNE, yet IT IS STILL ON MY ACCOUNT and after queering it this morning no-one seems to have any knowledge of this.
