BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Arrived at the shop 13:50 today. Message stuck on door said back in 10 mins with a tel number. Waited 15 mins then made a tel call to the number - was told that he was busy and would be back in 10-15 mins. After more than half hour and 3 sms's, the shop was unlocked at 15:05. No apologies to us who were waiting.
When I was served I was told to go to the Post Office to make photocopies of my ID & proof of residence because the copy machine is broken. When it came time to pay, I was told that I had to pay cash, so off to the ATM I go... After paying I asked for an Invoice-of course none! Apparently the shop assistant had requested an invoice book many times but none was forthcoming. How ridiculous! He proceeded to tear an A4 page into smaller pieces and wrote out an invoice for me. Finally at 4pm I exited the shop.2 hours later. I purchased 2 phones at R300 each. (Advertised at R299) When I asked about the R1 difference he said that was the price he was given! I must also wait 24 hours for the numbers. These phones have obviously cost me more than I expected after paying R1 each more, tel call, sms's, loss of ebucks, agravation & time. I have never EVER experienced such bad service!
