Misunderstanding treated like a threat

I was on the phone with a friend and then my phone was freaking out and the touchscreen called 082155 the vodacom data support from my history and then without noticing that number was on hold, next thing I heard this man introduce himself as Samuel and I said sorry didn't mean to call him, then he threatened me saying he will block my number, after I apologise and say sorry he still wants to threaten me saying this, I am very dissapointed in the terrible customer care and have had enough of vodacom
