After doing many upgrades at Vodacom outlets over the past years I decided to make use of Vodacom's call centre upgrade facility. What a pleasant experience, where I changed my package and selected a new phone in a few minutes time. Although my new phone was out of stock and I thought I am going to wait another 2-3 weeks, I received the phone in 2 days time. I will definitely make use of the call centre again to upgrade my phone in future.
