I bought a pre-paid data contract and internet dongle. I RICA the SIM card and wanted to use the contract. I went to a Vodacom shop and they explained to me that the SIM is not active and that I need to dial '100' from a phone. I do not own a phone that takes a big SIM card. They then told me to phone the activation call centre on 0821945. I spoke to a an agent and she told me that she can't help me because it is a pre-paid contract. I asked for the supervisor (Jacky Carolus) and her direct words were "Unfortunately I won't be able to assist you". What does Vodacom expect??? They sell pre-paid data contracts, but can't activate the card?? Money well waisted!!!
