I was contacted by FNB regarding a cell phone package. I was offered cell c or vodacom and package and since i am already a vodacom customer i chose vodacom. I was told i would receive a new sim card and that i would not lose my existing data or airtime. When the sim card arrived it w a cell c sim card and it was not Even the right size that my phone requires. They had already done a sim swop and i lost all my data (R500 worth) and airtime. When i contacted FNB all they did was refer me to different departments. I am now unable to use the phone as the sim doesn't even fit in it. I have been a loyal FNB customer but am now considering moving to another bank.
