I heard today I'll be receiving a second hand phone after mtn damaged my phone! A mtn consultant from the mtn store referred to refurbished units as 'second hand phones'! I am paying for the phone! What the does mtn think of me?
I have never dealt with such idiocy and incompetence before!
Is this in line with the CPA? Are there documents stating when mtn damages a clients phone that they are replaced with a refurbished unit?
After having my phone lying in the mtn store for absolutely no reason, then its damaged! What is this?
