I bought 2 MTN blackberries from Sportscene richards bay, after a month both these phones gave problems, I returned both of them, they went in for repairs. After 2 weeks I received one phone back and the second phone only came back after six weeks and it was not even the same phone it was a refurbished phone. I paid for a new phone why would I want a second hand refurbished one if mine is not even a month old, but thats not all on the same day I got that phone it also didnt work, non of the buttons worked at all!! I took it back the same day. Its been in now for almost three weeks again. I am paying for a phone i dont even have. Sportscene has been trying to help me as much as they can but MTN has been of no help and its been such a slow process, can they just give me a new phone??? If they can give me a refurbished phone then surely they knew that phone was useless they must then give a new phone not a refurbished one, not after only having a phone for a month. to me its totally unacceptable.
