DEFECTIVE REFURBISHED PHONES

I had problems with my BB. Vodacom could not fix it and they replaced it with a refurbished phone, which gave exactly the same problems since day one. When I eventually took it back, they recon it is liquid damage and I must claim from my insurance. They still can not provide me proof that when I collected the refurbished phone at their branch at Bright Water Commons the phone had no existing damage. The guy handed the phone to me over the counter with no paper work. Now they advise me I can hand it in for a second opinion. I did not hand it in previously, as I was waiting for Vincent at their Cresta branch to confirm they have a spare phone available. He now confirmed they have one, but only the cheapest basic phone you can get. Clearly going all out for their customers. Will hand the phone in over the weekend. Lets see what happens...
