I ran out of bandwidth and went in store to hear my options. The person I dealt with told me that I have to get a temporary account for the rest of the month (2days - had to get 5GB). She also told me this would not carry over to the next month and that this data bundle was only available for the rest of the month and then I would be cut off. I was upset by this as I thought it is ridiculous that I HAVE to (her words) get the 5GB for only two days, but I had no choice and got it. I was then in communication with a consultant over the phone to set it up with the new username / password and she told me this woman was totally wrong and that I could top up on my existing account and only pay for data used in this period. There's my first R100 lost. Then I forgot to change back to my normal account around month end (goodness know what precise second I had to switch over) and somehow now I am billed for a second month of this 'temporary' package. There's my second R100 lost. This person gave wrong information on two counts, cost me R200 and made me to have multiple phone calls (probably 2 hours) to setup and then query the accounts department. Please train your staff better and refund me
