Issue with sim swap

I am writing regarding the poor service that I have received from Vodacom since Saturday, 2nd February. I have a new ipad and though that i would arrange for my current 3G memory stick to be swapped for a new sim for my ipad. When I arrived at the store, the person concerned, Testimonia, firstly mentioned that I was paying an excessive amount for my 2Gig contract (i.e. R369) as opposed to R179. When i asked what the reason for this was, she said i should call customer services on Monday. I am still trying to determine why I'm paying so much for my contract. Secondly the sim card (that was supposed to be activated within 24 hours) is yet to be activated even after me calling customer services every day. On Saturday i saw a helpful person, Riaan, who said that the wrong number had been entered onto the system from their Head Office and therefore it would take another 24 hour hours for the new sim to be activated. I have waited 8 days for a simple swap-over and with Cell C it is immediate. I will also be terminating all my contracts through Vodacom as they are overcharging me and have a really bad attitude when you enquire as to why you are being charged etc.
