I have a prepaid mtn number, that I only use for my 3G. I bought a R180 prepaid mtn voucher, and battled to have a data bundle loaded. After waiting for about 15 minutes on the 173 number (02/02/2013), someone answered. I asked them to assist me with the load of a 500MB data bundle. The person said it will take up to 24hrs - which I do not understand. When I checked my balance (09/02/2013), they loaded it as a 500 sms bundle. On the phone again - 173, 10 mins I was told the system cannot change it to a databundle, or do a refund at that stage, but the supervisor will sort it out asap! 10/02/2013 - still loaded as a 500 sms bundle, 10 days on, and I still don't have my databundle!!!
