Difficult or impossible to retrieve information

I am currently busy with a case of internet banking against ABSA Bank. In order to prove certain alligations made by ABSA Bank, I need a history of SMS's sent TO my phone (not the SMSe that I sent as that is available on my detailed billing account) on a specific date. This evidence could prove crucial to my case currently being investigated by the SAPS Commercial Crime Unit. I am a MTN subscriber with autoPage as my service provider. AutoPage is unable to help me and when phoning MTN, one is sent from one section to another with any concrete answers on assistance.

Is it possible for MTN to compile a record of SMSe sent to my cell phone on a specific date or not?
