I cannot understand why contract clients can't change their data bundles. After contacting the call centre and going to a MTN shop, I was told that its impossible to change my data bundle form the useless 10Meg I got "for free" when I upgraded (I didnot ask for that). According to MTN I cannot increase the data bundle, nor can they load a second one because I already have a bundle.
Nor can I remove the existing one, to add a new one, so I have to manually add a bundle every month by calling the call centre. I cannot understand in this day and age that MTN system is so limited that a contract user can't increase their data bundle and make use of new data pricing structures, only every two years... It looks like I will have to go pre-paid in the future, MTN does not offer contract customers much in this regard.
