Nashua admitted fault regarding by account in February. I have been trying to get them to pay the money owed to me since then with endless promises from Nashua. All they have done is constantly pass the buck, from the branch to the regional head office to the national head office to the franchise manager and still nothing has been done. All I ever get is a reply saying that someone will contact me and when they do they tell me someone else will contact me and they never do. I have been waiting for 6 months and it is absolutely disgraceful. If my account is not paid for one month then they cut my line and yet they can go 6 months without paying me. On top of this, I was supposed to get a car charger with my iPhone when I took the contract out in January and I have still not received the car charger. This is utterly disgraceful service and unless I hear from a senior manager or director within 48 hours of this post, I will be opening a legal case against Nashua Mobile and will make sure that this becomes as public as possible.
