Can someone, anyone from Nashua please explain to me how i ended up at the Credit Bureau, with a credit report saying my account is in arrears and other companies viewing my profile as a bad payer when i never had an account wih you guys, when i cancelled my application within days??? 1st it was the debit orders that went off incorrectly for 3 months and now i cannot even buy a car cause of Nashua, A company that first debited money from my account incorrectly, and now i am at the credit bureau and no other company will give me credit. I demand a written apology and a credit clearance to be sent to Trans Union, as i would like to move on with my life and be credit worthy, failure to which i will be seeking legal advise. What makes it worse is that they when one calls thier office they put you through to ten people who all cannot assist... why are they there? is it to make sales only. i need this fixed urgently!
