On the 9th of Dec 2012 I took my Sumsung Galaxy in to the MTN store Eastrand Mall. From the start Sending photos or mms did not work. Darren said no problem he will send it for repair.
I went back on the 11th of January 2013 but none of the staff new anything about the phone and said that Darren will phone me the next day.
Today is the 11th of February 2013 and still no answer from Darren and the worse is they dont pickup their phone.
After so many years as a customer of MNT this is the first time sush bad service is provider.
MTN I need my phone back please, i'm paying for something Idont have.
