Nashua Mobile has wrongfully blacklisted me through national credit bureau for default payments.
The amount blacklisted for is made up of the following 2 points:
1. Nashua Mobile's omission to credit the account with an EFT payment I made on 29/11/2011.
2. Nashua Mobile's oversight to action the account ownership transfer from my name to Dimension Data.
Background:
0784580354 is Dimension Data's subsidised cellular number that was allocated to me for business use.
Attached documents:
o EFT Payment for R3282.49
o Termination of Subscriber Agreement
o Confirmation email stating the porting out has been actioned.
I please require assistance regarding the following 2 points:
o Closure to Nashua Mobile Account
o Removal of my name from National Credit Bureaus.
