After the passing of my dad Nashua mobile changed the contract to my moms name and account. My sister and i then took over the account onto our name and account. My sister and i went in on the same day and her details were changed and mine wasn't. Over the last 9 months i have filled in form after form to change the details and banking details. I had my mom fill in at least 3 forms and faxed it to head office, and to this day the account is still in my moms name. the account was handed over to Nudebt management where i paid the outstanding amount and it was confirmed by sms from Nudebt management that the account was paid up in full. Nashua mobile then black listed my mom 4 months after i paid in full stating outstanding payments on the account, the incompetence of Nashua mobile continued and their lack of communication with their clients of over 15 years. This had tarnished the credit rating of my mom due to their lack of communication and customer service. I will never take out another contract with Nashua mobile and will tell friends and family of the way Nashua mobile treats their client.
