Nashua Mobile provided the incorrect payment record to Credit Bureau for April/May 2013. According to Credit Bureau's information, my payment was late for the month of April/May 2013, but the money I needed to pay was taken on the necessary date.
For the period covering the relevant month, my payments over the period are as follows: 29/04/2013, 27/05/2013 and 27/06/2013. These are in-line with the debit order date I have entered agreement with the company and personally I have always had the necessary money to cover their balance.
I am very upset about this, because I take my credit record very seriously and the false accusation that I have not paid my debt promptly is disgusting to say the least.
I would like Nashua Mobile to correct this error and update my Payment History with the various Credit Bureaus to restore my confidence in them.
