Listing me for a payment misunderstanding

There was misunderstanding of payment which I had to go and pay inside the shop. Even after this one incident which happened once after a relationship of 5 years with Nashua Mobile. They listed me on credit bureau. I did not skip a payment, I only paid late. When my contract expires, I'm moving to another service provider. I'm furious.
