POOR SERVICE AND NO COMMUNICATION

On 2013-02-05 I've applied for a 4th contract on my name which was immediately approved and all details were taken down. I did an online order as I thought that this would be the quicker way to go, but boy was I wrong. Today I phoned to get a status update on my order. I've been on hold for 1hour and 22min before someone assisted me and told me that the confirmation department still needs to phone me??? This is ridiculous, this is now the 4th working day, and still nobody phoned to confirmed, and after they will eventually phone, it will probably take another 3-4 days for delivery. These circumstances are unacceptable and for such a big company as Vodacom an embarrassment. Can this please be sorted out and can my phone please be delivered to me ASAP, otherwise you will leave me no choice but to take my contracts somewhere else.
