Applied for two new lines with Vodacom because they advertised when you apply on line you receive free delivery, free sim and a free gift. The two new lines was approved and the phones was delivered on 17 December 2013 with out the free gifts. Phoned Online sales immediately on 08217844, was then reverred to after sales department. They referred me back to Online sales. Online sales consultant said that they run out of stock. Spoken to Supervisor Bongani looked on their system and said that the consultant that helped never booked the free gift, he will sent an e-mail to amend the contract in order to receive the free gifts. He will phone me back with in 72 working hours, this was two week ago. When I talked to Bongani I informed him that I wanted to cancelled the two new contracts it is still within the 14 days after the phones was delivered. He promised that I will receive the free gifts. I phoned Online Sales several times without any success. The two new lines number is 0714748946 and 0174749613. On 15/01/2014 I phoned the online sales department again the consultant put me through to Bongani without any success.
