Every time i require invoices for my Vodacom accounts i end up having to drive to the store as generally i end up calling and speaking to three different people at the branch and not one of them actually bother assisting with my request. This happened last week Monday. I ended up driving to the store. I then called on Friday afternoon for more invoices and speak to Shaylin. Firstly, speaking to this guy on the phone is worse that puling teeth. Getting him to actually understand what it was that i wanted took ages. Then i ask him how long it will take him to send my invoices to me and he tells me 5-10 minutes.40 minutes later i call him again as i haven't received the invoices and he tells me to be patient! He only sent me one of the invoices i requested on Friday after threatening to report him to his manager. I'm still waiting for the other one!!! Replied to his mail this morning saying i want the other before 9:30am. It's now 9:50 and still no invoice!
