I renewed my contract with vodacom on the 26/09. The confirmation department tried phoning me on the Friday, but I missed the call. The person that phoned left a message saying I should phone 0821945. I phoned and told the person that I want to confirm my order. They told me that the confirmation dept doesn't receive calls, they will send an email and get someone to phone me. No one called. I phoned again on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Still all the consultants said that they will send an email. When I phoned this morning the consultant said that no one sent an email to the confirmation dept and all the supervisors and managers start at 12h00 pm. I cancelled the order. This is unacceptable service from vodacom. If this is how it will be now then I don't want to sign a contract with them for 2 years. And still no one has phoned. Vodacom is pathetic.
