I went online to place an order for a new contract on Monday (02/09) morning at about 9h30... the system then read that there is a technical issue and I can contact 08217844. I did just that and placed my order. If you read on their website it says delivery the following day for orders placed before 12am. My order was placed and approved by 10am. When following up on that status of my delivery yesterday Lizzie confirmed that she will follow up and get back to me by 14:00. I called her again at 14:38 as I have not heard from her. She added that they are waiting for the confirmation department to confirm my order with me and she will get back to me in 10 to 15 min. I called again at 16:30 as she still hasn't phoned me back and spoke to Lindie... I confirmed my contact number with them over 100 times but still no call. I just called again and was told that they called me yesterday at 16:55, but on the wrong number so NOBODY got hold of me. Now once again I have to wait for a confirmation call "that's if they phone on the right number" and my delivery will be delayed by another 1 or 2 days. BAD SERVICE VODACOM!!! BAD SERVICE!!!
