Second complaint on same matte

I reported ADT on HelloPeter on Friday 3 May, for not sending me copies of invoices as promised, and also for cutting off my call a few times. I was contacted that same afternoon by a gentleman whose name I cannot recall. I was promised that I would receive the invoices the following Monday, as their accounts department had closed for the day. It is now Thursday and I have STILL not received copies of my invoices.
