Incompetence grows by the day

Telkom has responded by coming out to my house yet nothing has changed, still no router, no ADSL, etc. This company is beyond pathetic yet no-one does anything about it. How telkom can treat us like this and have no consiquences I am baffeled - what a bunch of they must look like to the international market, beyond a joke and they have been in this game for how many years - going backwards fast. It there anyone at telkom who actually gives a s#@t about their clients or are they just seeing money storming. This matter should have been dealt with by top managment and not by a bunch of useless people who clearly have no idea as to what they are doing in this field.
