I lost my computer last year and hence my invoices from March 2012 to December 2012. I have now requested these invoices to be emailed to me urgently so that I can submit my tax returns.
I have asked the accounts and servicing department 3 times for this and every time they promise me it will be sent to me. To my disappointment it has been more than a month now and still no invoices for this period I requested has been emailed to me.
