Not getting requested invoices

We are the accountants for a deceased estate. We are trying to get copy invoices that went missing, relating to a cell phone contract that our client had for business purposes with MTN dating back to April & May 2012.
Speaking to a different person every time we phone, we have been requesting these invoices for the past 2 to 3 weeks. In some instances, the consultant explained that it will be emailed to us immediately. Today we hear there is a R18 / R19 charge per copy invoice and this is charged each time that we request the invoices. We did not know about this charge as no-one told us this before. We have also not received any of the invoices that we have requested. This is causing unnecessary delays on our side, all because we can't seem to get a big corporate to send us a few copy invoices through email.
