About 18 months ago we stopped getting our ADT invoice, so on a monthly basis I have called for one to be emailed to me. Now people. how hard is it just to ADD a person's email address to send an invoice. You have no issue in forcing people to sign debit orders and getting your money.
Yesterday I called again for invoices, still waiting. This morning I called and listened to the phone ringing for 5 minutes and finally spoke to someone and said that it is urgent. Each business has there own systems in place, but still, no invoices.
