SHOCKING SERVICE!!!

The Sandton Autopage went ahead with upgrading my contract from MTN to the cell C iPhone 5 contract even after I called to cancel my upgrade quote as I was upgrading with Eastgate branch due to the attrocious service delivery. Sandton issued a new SIM in my name without making me aware of this which meant my MTN SIM was deactivated Friday 8th February evening and my upgrade at the Eastgate branch could not be completed. The SIM they issued was not even RICA'd as I had not provided them with documentation in this respect. I have not had access to any cellular service all weekend even though the contract upgrade has been completed and I've begun paying for it! The contract was even upgraded by Sandton on the system to reflect R502 per month as opposed to the R399 plus itemised billing charge per the contract requested originally. The service delivery and manner in which the Sandton Autopage have acted is disgusting I believe its their priority to sign new customers rather than service existing paying ones; tarnishing the Autopage brand! I am uncontactable on my cell as I still have no service. FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY and advise what the exact status of my contract is!!!
