I have my cellular contract with Autopage since the time I got my 1st cell, which is atleast 10 years or maybe longer. Clearly having dealt with them for such a long time, one would think that they would do their best to help you and retain your business... Was I wrong. My contract is due for an upgrade and there is a package I wish to take, however Cell C is giving a better package than MTN. I contacted the Upgrade Dept at Autopage and asked if it would be possible to get the same package deal on MTN. I was just told that NO i cant and they are not willing to assist me even though i have been with them for so long. When I then mentioned that I will then wait for my contract to end and move my business to Cell C... their response was in a "go ahead like we give a " manner. Clearly I am wasting my time with them and will definitely take my business else where.
