Still waiting for feedback from previous complaint

I posted a complaint on 5 Feb regarding an incorrect invoice (https:///vodacom/complaints/received-a-bill-of-r2-561-for-a-3g-contract-1003676)

I'm still waiting for someone from Vodacom to call me to discuss this or let me know what is going on!
