I signd up for a new contract to use my same cell number from prepaid. I signed Anytime 200 with MTN through Autopage Sandton City L32. No stock of HTC, had to wait, finally got phone Friday. Was told the contract would kick in 2 to 24 hours later. Got a welcome SMS on Saturday from Autopage, but no connection! Cannot make calls, no data, I am still on prepaid according to MTN helpdeak! I emailed Autopage on Monday, got autoreply saying someone will contact me within 24 hours. Nobody has contacted me, it is Wednesday afternoon. I am on holiday in Margate, no local Autopage office, no other phone to be able to phone, just my ipad for connectivity and Autopage has ignored all 3 emails - I emailed Sandton City as well as Autopage main website feedback form.
