Bad Service from Autopage

Airtime is being deducted from my account. Phoned Autopage Customer Care on 18 January 2013. They said will sort it out. Last Friday 1 February 2013 I realized airtime is still being deducted from my account. Phone customer care on Monday and I spoke to a lady. She wasn't helpful at all and suggest it is my problem to sort out. I also complain on their website. They send me email to acknowledge my complaint but no response yet. Went to Autopage Sunridge Port Elizabeth on Monday 4 February. They said will come back to me. Had to phone them on Wednesday to find out what is happening. Spoke to gentleman he said companies have subscription services on my account. They will sort it out and I can load airtime again after two days. Loaded airtime on Saturday after three days and what happened. Lost all my airtime again. I cannot phone for a week now and lost nearly R200.00 in airtime.
