Failure to perform simple instructions

After taking 2 months to transfer my contract to my name, MTN then over billed my account, added services I didn't request, didn't add services they were supposed to, substituted pages in my contract without notifying me, got my name wrong, got my address wrong and didn't send me complete and correct statements via email as they were instructed. They were informed more than once of these mistakes and have still failed to correct some of them 3 months after the initial notification.

When I went into several MTN stores to try and get feedback on the status of the proceedings, because they haven't been keeping me updated as they said they would, the store claimed that they were unable to access any information because they were on a different system. One would think MTN could access MTN data to help deal with customers???

My handset had to be returned for a warranty claim and I have yet to hear feedback on that. Repair centres aren't open on the weekend so I tried asking the Rivonia store for assistance. They informed me that they were unable to access the repair centre systems and so couldn't help me. I expect any MTN store to be able to help me with any MTN related problem
