Good Afternoon,

I visited the Mtn Menlyn service centre on Monday 03 June 2013 at around 11:00 am.

My request to them was to transfer my contract to my name (Susan Swanepoel) as I was previously a student and the contract was on my mothers name (Charlotte Groenewald). And I would like to take out a new contract as I am due for an upgrade.

The consultant informed me that she needs to transfer the contract to my name before I can take out an new contract. I gave her all the documentation she requested and she completed the transfer request and informed me that this will only be effective after 48 hours but she will keep me updated.

The 48 hours is past and I have 2 phone numbers for the shop which I have been phoning the whole day and I have not once gotten through to them to enquire regarding my request.

I then phoned another Mtn store to ensure that I do have the correct details and they confirmed the numbers for me and provided me with an email address. I sent an email as I still could not get any answer and I have not received any response.
