I went to MTN canal walk to take out a new contract with them for a ipad which they advertised and do not have stock. They refused to take my contact details and contact me when the stock arrives because they said it is a first come first serve. They have no contact number on which I can call to find out if they have stock.
Do they really expect me to drive from Bellville to canal walk everyday to see if they have stock? Why can they not just contact me when the ipads arrive that they advertising?
I feel this service provided is shocking and if this is how they do business I would rather not do business with them.
