Did a cellphone claim last October and had to pay my access to receive my phone. the same phone got and i did a claim. My claim isnt accepted, reason being apparently my access for the first claim wasnt approved. According to the store Manager Deon, the sysytem shoes my access isnt paid. i clearly remember paying my access and only then did they give me my phone. UNfortunately i dont have an receipt as it is 6 months later. they are unable to assist me as my access isnt paid according to their records. kindly assist as its betwwen more than two weeks now as initially they forget to send the claim through. I am not willing to pay my 1st claim access AGAIN and then pay my 2nd access.
